Cuban Nationals Rescued by Carnival Cruise Ship
Cruise Line Crew Finds 27 Adrift at Sea

ROATÁN, Honduras - Cuban nationals are back on solid ground and well-fed after Carnival cruise ship crews found them adrift at sea.
On Sunday, April 21, around 2:30 pm local time, Carnival Cruise Lines Paradise rescued 27 Cuban nationals who were signaling for help.
The cruise ship was on its way to Roatán, Honduras, when the crew spotted the Cubans in a small boat.
The Cubans were taken aboard the cruise ship and given food and water.
They are expected to be returned to Cuba on a later date.
